The creation of beauty, the sparkle of glass, the uniqueness of the glass blower. Nathaniel Steinbrink amplifies all these qualities in his glass art which is placed in art galleries throughout the Midwest.

From a Nebraska farm near Elwood came Mr. Steinbrink's interest in his specialty design of sculpting glass dowsing rods. The use of dowsing rods was a common practice for finding water source in early Nebraska. Each rod in Mr. Steinbrink's creations is shaped and pulled from hot molten glass into a final form. They are then each separately installed in an arrangement; the arrangement changing and growing as each rod is placed.

The Finest of Nebraska is pleased to present the work of Nathaniel Steinbrink of Steinglass Studio as part of our Fine Nebraska Art pieces for the home and office. Mr. Steinbrink if a graduate of Hastings College and is presently with the University of Southern Illinois.
