Finest of Nebraska offers only the best products available. We believe that you will be satisfied with any product you purchase from us. In fact we guarantee it!

If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date (holiday gift orders can be returned within 30 days of holiday) and we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs (if applicable). You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to Finest of Nebraska in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are not returnable and those items are specifically identified as such in their product description pages. Certain retailers do charge a low restocking fee email info@finestofnebraska.com for details.

To return an item, simply send an e-mail to info@finestofnebraska.com with your name, order number, product name and reason for return. You will receive a reply e-mail with a Return Authorization Number within 48 hours. You will then ship back the item and include the e-mail response with the Return Authorization Number. Since most of our products ship directly from the artesian you will be instructed what address to send your return. We will only credit against the original credit card used to make the purchase.

Please note that items shipped back to Finest of Nebraska without a prior return authorization are subject to approval and a 25% restocking fee. Gift baskets are non-returnable.
