A Note From Our Founder...

Have you ever been far from home and just wanted something beautiful to remind you of home? Do you have someone far away and want to send a gift reminding them of your common roots and joys? Perhaps you need to send a very nice thank you gift using something from Nebraska. Perhaps you are a CEO, a doctor, a lawyer, a Nebraska alum, or a congressman wanting an exquisite object or photograph in your home or office representing our state.

Finding the beautiful takes time. It is traveling to art shows and galleries, or picking up a name of someone to find. There are many very nice crafts, soaps, and foods produced in Nebraska, but we want that special item that has a certain quality of beauty about it. In offering their creative gifts to us, the artisans sacrifice their creative time to do such things as fill orders and packing. However, it also assures that these precious items will be shipped well.

So much of what we have found are one of a kind objects. Those artisans control their section of the site, changing as need be. Their quality craftsmanship assures us that the replacements will be as good or of better quality. We are most grateful to the artisans and craftsmen who give of their time to be a part of Finest of Nebraska. We have lovely things that come from our state. The state of Nebraska, to find the beauty in the land and of its people, that is what Finest of Nebraska is all about.

We hope that you, as a consumer of the Finest of Nebraska products, will be pleased with the selections. I get so very excited when I find that certain object that is just so beautiful that it is beyond words – and just almost too beautiful to touch. And I am always in awe of the gifts and talents that create something so very fine.
