Hollow Maple Vase
Created from Maple, this vase has character and beauty only found in handmade wood pieces.
The term spalted refers to black lines or areas in the piece of wood that have reached a state of decay or a decease was let into the tree where bugs have damaged the tree bark. As the decease progresses through the tree you will see black lines.
Approximate Size: 7 3/4 inches high with a 4 1/2 inch diameter.
Artist: Harold Adams.
